Overview
We understand that circumstances change, and you may wish to stop participating in the PowerPay Program (beta/pre-launch). This article explains your options for cancellation and refunds in a transparent way. Our goal is to balance clear program rules with fair, efficient support for all participants.
Important Note: PowerPay NFT's provide a time-limited utility license (12 or 24 months). The program is in beta, with all features, rewards, and integrations subject to change or discontinuation. Purchases involve irreversible blockchain transactions.
Cancellation Process (Easy & Self-Service Where Possible)
- Log in to your PowerPay account at https://app.setpowerfree.com/
- Navigate to the "Support" link.
- Then "Submit a request"
- Complete the form by entering the email address associated with your order, in the subject line "Request for a Refund for PowerPay NFTs"
Cancellation is designed to be as simple as the signup process, per best practices. It takes effect immediately for future activity, but your NFT license continues until its natural expiration date unless terminated by us.
If you cannot find the self-service option or need assistance, submit a ticket at https://support.setpowerfree.com/ with your account email, NFT purchase date, transaction hash id and reason for cancellation.
Refund Policy
- General Rule: All NFT purchases and related transactions (including gas fees, token swaps) are irrevocable, final, and non-refundable, consistent with the Terms and Conditions (Section 8) and the irreversible nature of blockchain.

Limited Exceptions: We may consider case-by-case goodwill relief (e.g., technical failures preventing any use, pre-activation issues, or where law requires it) only if:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- The NFT has not been activated or used for bill submissions.
- You provide complete documentation (transaction proof, screenshots, etc.).
- Refunds, if granted, are processed in GREEN Tokens or equivalent stable value at our discretion and may take 14–30 days due to blockchain processes. No cash or original crypto refunds are available.
- We do not refund for change of mind, dissatisfaction with beta performance, market volatility, or failure to meet personal expectations.
How to Request a Refund:
- Submit a detailed support ticket via support.setpowerfree.com.
- Include: Account details, exact purchase date/hash, reason, and supporting evidence.
- Our team will acknowledge within 48 hours and respond with a decision within 7 business days.
We review every request fairly and consistently while protecting the integrity of the program for all participants.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- You may no longer submit bills or earn rewards under that NFT.
- Any unused GREEN Tokens in your wallet remain yours.
- The NFT remains in your wallet but loses active utility after expiration.
- You can still access your account for viewing historical data.
