If you change addresses while enrolled in the PowerPay (Beta) Program, you can update your billing information directly in your account. However, please note address changes are monitored closely to protect program integrity.
📍 How to Update Your Address
You can update your power bill details in your account under your profile settings. Be sure the power bill account and statement lists your name on the full power bill statement uploaded to PowerPay.
📣 Important While in Beta
Frequent changes to address or account information may flag your profile and could violate PowerPay program terms and conditions.
If you’ve recently moved, it’s best to notify support after updating your details to ensure everything is processed smoothly.
Requirements
- Your utility provider must support guest/third-party payments and partial payments to qualify for the program.
- Check the PowerPay app for supported providers.
- You must submit the bill copy, guest payment details, and transaction hash no less than 14 days prior to the due date.
- PowerPay remains in beta/pre-launch — features, processing times, and rewards are not guaranteed.
Important Notes
- Users cannot submit a payment after the power bill due date. If PowerPay is unable to submit the payment to your utility before the due date, the submission will be marked expired. It is your responsibility to pay your provider directly.
- You can check your NFT tier/status and transaction history in your wallet.
