Currently, PowerPay (Beta) Program is focused exclusively on residential power bills.
Supporting commercial or business power accounts is something the community may explore after the Open Beta concludes. The focus during the beta period is on testing, refining, and scaling the current use case.
We’ll share updates on program expansion as they become available. In the meantime, please ensure the power bill you submit is for a residential service address and issued in your name.
Requirements
- Your utility provider must support guest/third-party payments and partial payments to qualify for the program.
- Check the PowerPay app for supported providers.
- You must submit the bill copy, guest payment details, and transaction hash no less than 14 days prior to the due date.
- PowerPay remains in beta/pre-launch — features, processing times, and rewards are not guaranteed.
Important Notes
- Users are prohibited from submitting a payment after the power bill due date. If PowerPay is unable to submit the payment to your utility before the due date, the submission will be marked expired. It is your responsibility to pay your provider directly.
- You can check your NFT tier/status and transaction history in your wallet.
