How to Pay Your First Power Bill with PowerPay Beta v3

Step-by-Step Guide to Your First PowerPay Bill Payment

1. Confirm Your NFT Tier and Status Check your PowerPay NFT in your Green Wallet to see whether it is Legendary (24-month term) or Epic (12-month term) and how much time remains.
    
2. Verify Your Power Provider Supports PowerPay Your provider must allow guest/third-party payments and partial payments. Most major utilities do, but confirm this first.
    
3. Prepare Your Payment Tokens (i.e. USDT, USDC). Ensure you have enough USDT or USDC in your wallet to cover up to your tier’s maximum monthly payment amount (fees included).
    
4. Enter Your Power Bill Details in PowerPay
   • Log into the PowerPay platform (linked from your Green Wallet or the SetPowerFree app).
   • Enter your account number, zip code, and bill amount (or the portion you want to pay).
   • Provide necessary account information required for third-party payments.
      
5. Submit the Payment Submit payment (i.e. USDT, USDC) via https://swap.elevatetrade.com/swap 
   1. First, import your setpowerfree.com GREEN Wallet to your Web3 wallet (i.e. MetaMask, Base).
   2. Next, click "Connect Wallet" button to connect your Web3 Wallet to https://swap.elevatetrade.com/swap
   3. Then, select either USDT or USDC from the dropdown menu.
   4. Enter the amount of your power bill payment not to exceed your PowerPay NFT Tier limit. 
      1. Full PowerPay NFT = $1000 USD Max Payment (including fees)
      2. 50% PowerPay NFT = $500 USD Max Payment (including fees)
      3. 25% PowerPay NFT = $250 USD Max Payment  (including fees)
      4. 10% PowerPay NFT = $100 USD Max Payment  (including fees)
   5. Then select "GREEN" from the dropdown menu. 
   6. Once you've reviewed and everything looks correct, press the "Swap" button.
   7. To complete the process you'll need to press the "Approve Once" and "Confirm" buttons.
       
6. Enter your Transaction Hash (from swap) into your power bill transaction hash field.
7. Track Your Rebate The rebate typically appears in your wallet shortly after successful processing.

Requirements

• Your utility provider must support guest/third-party payments and partial payments to qualify for the program.
• Only one bill per account per rolling 30 days is eligible for the rebate.
• Check the PowerPay app for supported providers.
• You must submit the bill copy, guest payment details, and transaction hash no less than 14 days prior to the due date.
• PowerPay remains in beta/pre-launch — features, processing times, and rewards are not guaranteed.
• Your NFT term (24 months for Legendary or 12 months for Epic) is fixed from the original purchase date.

Important Notes

• Users cannot submit a payment after the power bill due date. If PowerPay is unable to submit the payment to your utility before the due date, the submission will be marked expired. It is your responsibility to pay your provider directly.
• You can check your NFT tier/status and transaction history in your wallet.
