How do I submit a proposal for a vote?

In order to submit a proposal for the SetPowerFree community to review and vote on, you will need to connect your Green wallet through MetaMask.

Follow this guide to connect your Green wallet to your MetaMask account. If you don't have a MetaMask account you can Visit the MetaMask download page. Click the button to install MetaMask for your browser or mobile device. When prompted, click Add to install the extension to your browser.

Tip:  We recommend pinning the MetaMask extension in your browser for easier access. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the MetaMask support article.

If this is your first time using Metamask in your browser:

You will need to import your Green wallet using the 12-word recovery phrase.

1.  On the 'Let's get started' screen in MetaMask, agree to the terms of use.

2.  Click Import an existing wallet. Do NOT choose to create a new wallet.

3.  If prompted about improving MetaMask, click No thanks.

4.  Enter the 12-word recovery phrase you received when creating your Green wallet.

5.  Click to Confirm.

6.  Create a password and store it in a secure location.

7.  Click to acknowledge that MetaMask CANNOT recover your password for you.

8.  Click Import my wallet.

9.  Click Got it!

Your Green Wallet setup is now complete!

If you are already using MetaMask in your browser:

You will need to import your Green wallet using the private key NOT your 12-word recovery phrase.

1.  Click the MetaMask extension on your browser toolbar.

2.  Click the Account Selection dropdown at the top of the MetaMask screen.

3.  Click Add account or hardware wallet.

4.  Click Import Account.

5.  Paste your Green wallet private key in the provided field on the Import page.

6.  Click Import.

*Please note that your private key is NOT your 12-word phrase.

After successfully importing your wallet, you will need to link it to the DGF site.

1.  Click the Connect Metamask button.

2.  A screen will pop-up prompting you to connect the Green Wallet linked in the previous step.  Select that wallet, then click Next.

If you don't see the option to click Connect MetaMask, try one of the following options (A or B).

Option A:
1.  Refresh your webpage, then click Connect MetaMask.

OR

Option B:

1.  Click out of the MetaMask window.

2.  Click the MetaMask extension in your browser toolbar.

3.  Click Connect.

The final step is to switch to the Green Mainnet network to ensure your transactions are executed on the Green blockchain. If you have not added the Green Mainnet to your MetaMask, instructions can be found here.

1.  On the DGF site, click Switch to Green Mainnet.

2. A window will appear asking your to allow the site to switch the network.

3. Click Switch Network.

Your setup is complete!

You can now review the current proposals open for a vote.

Please note:  The 12-word recovery phrase and private key are YOUR responsibility to keep safe and cannot be recovered by any support member.
