Unfortunately, your 12 word Recovery Phrase is your one and only back up. Support is unable to recover it and/or has no possible access to it. You have complete and total access of your Wallet and account.
If you have your Wallet Passcode, you are able to send any of your items to an alternative place/wallet. If you need to change your wallet passcode, the only way to do so is with your 12 word Recovery Phrase. If you want to import your wallet, such as to MetaMask, you will need your 12 word Recovery Phrase.
