How do I add my Green Wallet into Metamask?

To proceed, you will need a MetaMask account. If you don’t already have one, you’ll need to create an account and download the MetaMask app. Additionally, your 12-word Recovery Phrase is required for this process.

Steps to Import Your Wallet into MetaMask:

1. Get your Private Key to import your wallet. You get this by typing in your 12 words for your Green wallet here.
2. Open MetaMask and click the center drop-down menu to select your account.
3. Click + Add account or hardware wallet.
4. Select Import Account.
5. Paste your Private Key of your wallet into the provided field.
6. Click Import to complete the process.

We recommend adding a label (e.g., "Green Wallet") to keep your wallets organized.

Once your wallet is imported, you should be able to see your Green ERC-20 rewards in MetaMask. If they do not appear automatically, refer to MetaMask's FAQ for steps to manually add them.

Native Green Tokens are not supported through Metamask, ONLY GREEN ERC-20, and will not show up.
