1) Once logged in to the Green App, select the menu on the top right hand of the screen.
- a) Click on Security.
- b) Select Account Password.
- c) Type your new password in the box, then confirm in the second box.
- d) Click “Submit”.
2) If you are unable to sign in to your account, you can request a new password.
- a) Click on “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page at app.setpowerfree.com
- b) You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.
- c) Check your email for a link to reset your password.
